immunizations and travel information

A good source of information on immunization and foreign travel is the CDC (Center for Disease Control).

The "Destinations" page under "Home" will give you a current look at conditions in destinations you will be traveling to.
Visit CDC Website

You can take that information to your doctor or you can also click on “Find a Clinic” and be directed to a clinic in your area that can help with vaccinations and immunizations.

Be aware that most immunizations take some time to become effective.  As in the case of the Hepatitis Immunizations both type A and B require a series of 2 or 3 shots that are administered over the course of 6 months to a year.

If Disaster Relief or Foreign Missions is something you want to be involved with, now is the time to start planning.
