There is no way that we could post a single comprehensive Packing List that would cover all your needs for every trip. We have broken it down into Tropical or Hot Weather Packing and Cold Weather Packing. Again these are only suggestions to help you prepare for your trip. Your Team Leader will provide you with detailed information on your trip and packing needs.

CLOTHING: (Please refer to the General Packing List Info tab for more info on clothing). Also consider the number of days you will be there, wether wash machines will be available, and consider hand washing if space/weight is a consideration.
(Also check with Team Leader about any restricted clothing, some cultures find certain styles offensive.)

Good pair of Work Shoes (Hard soled with upper toe and foot protection)
Sandals, Flip-flops, or Casual light Shoe that can get wet

Cell Phone (Add Team Leader and In-country numbers to your contact list)

Extra Batteries
Water Bottle (Water bottle purifiers recommended)
Light Weight Towel
Pad (If sleeping on the ground or hard surface)

Pillow (Collapsable Backpacking Pillow recommended)
Snack Foods (Trail mix, nuts, energy bars, (chocolate will melt), etc.)
Electrolyte Replacement Powders (To add to your drinking water).

Soap, deodorant, shampoo, etc. (Liquid backpacking soap, is easy to pack, can be used for everything including washing cloths and is biodegradable).
